TPV - Thermoplastic vulcanizate (PP + EPDM based)

TPV grades combine the processing ease of thermoplastics with the rubber-like performance of vulcanised EPDM. Ulai supplies TPV in different hardness ranges, with options for specific injection, blow, or extrusion processing. The TPV material can be made available in UV-stabilised and standard grades, flame-retardant variants (HB, V1, V2, V0), and hygroscopic/non-hygroscopic series. Typical applications include automotive sealing systems, weatherstripping, hose and tube jacketing, consumer goods, and wire & cable insulation and many more.

TPE - Thermoplastic Elastomer (SBS/SEBS based)

Our SBS- and SEBS-based TPE range covers a wide hardness spectrum from 5 Shore-A to 40 Shore-D, making these grades suitable for everything from ultra-soft grip surfaces to semi-rigid structural elements. SEBS grades can be offered in superior UV and heat resistance compared to SBS, making them the preferred choice for outdoor and automotive applications. The TPE grades are more receipe based / compounded material. Hence, it can be developed as per the part spec requirement and customer competitive request. Available in injection and extrusion grades.

TPU - Thermoplastic Urethane (Ether and Ester based)

Ester and ether-based TPU grades for applications demanding abrasion resistance, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Hardness range from general 75 Shore-A to 40 Shore-D. Suitable for footwear, hoses, cables, films, and precision engineering components. Available in UV-stabilised grades and with specialist processing additive packages.

TPEE - Thermoplastic Elastomer CoEther/Ester (TPC)

Co-polyester , ether based thermoplastic elastomers offer excellent fatigue resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance — properties that make them well-suited for automotive under-hood applications, industrial boots and bellows, and flexible tubing systems operating in demanding environments. Available from 80 Shore-A to 60 Shore-D.
